Frequently asked questions
What does the soft top layer of the Flora Organic Dunlop Latex Mattress do?
Its soft 2-inch latex layer helps ease surface pressure points. It sits above the mattress’s other three latex layers.
How does the quilted cover help with temperature and flame resistance?
The organic cotton cover is quilted with organic wool, which helps regulate temperature and serves as a natural flame retardant.
Do the latex layers move against each other?
The latex layers are individually wrapped to help reduce friction and movement between them.
Can I adjust the comfort of the middle layers?
Yes. Each of the two middle layers can be chosen in firm, medium, or soft comfort, allowing the mattress feel to be customized.
Built with four layers of GOLS-certified organic Dunlop latex, this mattress offers a customizable feel for a wide range of body types and sleeping preferences. Choose firm, medium, or soft for each of the two 3-inch middle layers, positioned between a firm 2-inch base and a soft 2-inch top layer designed to help reduce surface pressure points. Queen and king sizes can be customized with different firmness on each side.
Each latex layer is individually wrapped to help limit friction and movement between layers. The quilted cover combines certified organic cotton with organic wool for a soft, breathable sleep surface; wool also helps regulate temperature and acts as a natural flame retardant. The mattress is compatible with adjustable bed bases, and custom sizes are available upon request.
